R & D Culinary Center...
Marsan Foods has a fully-stocked development kitchen, staffed with two R&D chefs, one culinary technician and one food scientist. Our staff is trained and responsible for both new product development as well as assuring consistent results when recipes are executed in the plant environment.
In recent years we have specialized in ethnic cuisines and trends: Thai, Indian, Moroccan, Italian, Vegetarian, etc. We have received awards for several of these products.
In addition, the group is adept at the entire range of development, from matching competitive samples, to matching restaurant reference samples, all the way to developing tasty recipes from scratch.
