Both R&D chefs and the culinary technician are graduates of the George Brown College Culinary Management program and members of the Research Chefs Association.

Our R&D staff is constantly scouring industry publications, taking continuing education courses, participating in RCA on-line discussions and networking with other professionals to ensure we are up-to-date on the most recent culinary trends.
